What You’ll Do
• Manage multiple transportation design projects from concept through completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and partners
• Communicate clearly and consistently across departments and with external stakeholders
• Delegate tasks effectively and support team members with guidance and mentorship
• Provide technical leadership and quality control throughout the design process
• Lead project reviews and ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and expectations
• Participate in the development of RFPs, RFQs, and project proposals
• Resolve project-related challenges with professionalism and sound judgment
• Apply practical engineering knowledge to produce safe, efficient, cost-effective designs
• Continue learning key elements of civil engineering design relevant to our projects
What We’re Looking For
Required
• 8 years of project experience in the civil engineering industry
• Strong background in design project engineering
• Proficiency with CAD/BIM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
