Position Overview – Civil Design Engineer
As an entry-level Civil Design Engineer, you’ll be a key part of our Civil Engineering Team, supporting a wide range of transportation, land/site development, municipal, and infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, project managers, and clients while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of civil design.
This role offers excellent growth potential for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with the design of civil engineering projects
• Prepare reports, plans, details, and engineering documents
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software to support project development
• Collaborate with engineering, surveying, and construction management teams
• Help maintain project schedules, budgets, and client expectations
• Support field visits and project coordination as needed
