We’re currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time staff in the Morgan and Miller County, Missouri area.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in ISL's.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Observe and document consumer behavior and progress, reporting any changes to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and their families, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in care planning meetings.
Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license in good standing (must obtain Class E while employed—company covers the cost)
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Able to pass local and/or state background checks
- Internet access and basic computer skills

Work Location: Multiple sites across Miller and Morgan County
Work Schedule: Open Availability 12-40 straight, must be willing to work one weekend a month.
Pay Frequency: 1st and 15th
