Role Summary
We’re seeking a mission-driven clinician who wants to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced with longer visits, meaningful relationships, and less red tape. As a DPC clinician, you will manage a member panel, deliver whole-person care, and deliver an entirely new experience for patients and employers. M-F schedule, no weekends or holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, relationship-centered primary care in a membership model.
- Practice through in-person visits, virtual care, secure messaging, and supportive care navigation.
- Manage a member panel with a focus on health and prevention, chronic disease management, and easy access.
- Collaborate tightly with the Medical Director to improve outcomes.
- Model and uphold our four values in every interaction with colleagues, members, and partners.
- Participate in process improvement, pilot innovation, and evolve our delivery model.
Required Qualifications
- All Licensure Levels accepted
- Commitment to the DPC philosophy of time, access, relationships, and member-first care.
- Ability to provide care: in-person and virtual.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and independent practice skills.
- Desire to grow, improve, and help shape the future of primary care.
