A growing orthopaedic medical device company is hiring a Packaging Engineer to help own their packaging process from the ground up, not just execute someone else's playbook.
This is a company building something real, and they want someone who wants to build with them. You'll take the lead on packaging validations, drive regulatory compliance, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to shape how orthopaedic implants and instruments get packaged safely and efficiently.
If you've been doing solid work but keep hitting a ceiling, this is the room to grow into.
You're likely a strong fit if you:
✅ Have 1 years' experience in packaging, process engineering or similar role (Senior Packaging Engineers welcome to apply)
✅ High School Diploma or GED required
✅ Experience in clean room operations or other medical device manufacturing
✅ Attention to detail, with experience in record keeping
✅ Intermediate computer skills required (Office Suite, email, internet browsing)
