Part-Time Manufacturing Technician – Cleanroom (Biotech)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Manufacturing Technician to join our growing team in the biotech industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a college degree who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in biotechnology and advanced manufacturing.
In this role, you will work within a Class 7 cleanroom to manufacture silicone microfluidic devices using precision casting techniques. While previous cleanroom or biotech experience is beneficial, it is not required - full training will be provided. We're looking for someone who is reliable, able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and enjoys working on small, precision components.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture silicone microfluidic devices using casting processes within a Class 7 cleanroom.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently.
- Handle delicate micro-scale components with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet manufacturing goals.
What We're Looking For
- College degree (or equivalent qualification).
- An interest in biotechnology or life sciences.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with small, precision devices.
- Ability to follow written procedures and work consistently to a high standard.
- Reliable, dedicated, and eager to learn.
- Previous cleanroom or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not essential - all necessary training will be provided.
- Must be US Citizen (no sponsorship / visa / C2C available)
