Field Clinical Specialist – Cardiac Mapping
We are a venture-backed medical device company launching a novel cardiac ablation technology in the U.S. market. As we build out our early field team, we're looking for skilled cardiac mapping specialists who want to get in early, make an outsized impact, and grow with us.
What You'll Do
You'll serve as the clinical expert in the room - supporting physicians during procedures, ensuring best-in-class outcomes, and helping establish our technology as the standard of care. This is a mapping-heavy role at launch, with a clear path toward hybrid clinical/commercial responsibilities for high performers.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac electrophysiology, with hands-on independent mapping experience.
- Fully signed off to perform independent mapping (12 months preferred; strong 9-month candidates considered)
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic corridor - NY, NJ, PA, DE, or MD preferred
- Comfortable with ~50% travel during the launch phase
- Self-starter mentality; excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary, variable compensation & possibility of equity.
