We are seeking an Onsite Staffing Account Manager to be based at our client’s location and serve as the primary point of contact for managing our deployed consultants and fulfilling ongoing staffing needs. This role combines account management, onsite coordination, and recruiting to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Act as the primary liaison between the client and our organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onsite consultants including onboarding, attendance tracking, and engagement
- Address consultant concerns, performance issues, and escalations
- Partner with the client to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates to fulfill open positions
- Work closely with internal recruiting teams or independently drive full-cycle recruiting
- Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely closures of requirements
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future needs
- Ensure compliance with client policies, documentation, and reporting requirements
- Provide regular status updates, hiring reports, and metrics to stakeholders
- Support timesheet approvals, billing coordination, and reporting
- Build and maintain a strong client relationship to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management (Preferably in Manufacturing Industry)
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting (sourcing to placement)
- Experience working in a client-facing or onsite role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
