Our client is looking to rapidly increase headcount and hire Blow Mold Machine Operators for sites across Wisconsin. This is a full time, permanent position with multiple placements and multiple levels of seniority required.
About the Role
As a Blow Mold Machine Operator in the plastic packaging sector, you will play a key role in producing high-quality plastic products for industrial and packaging applications. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring blow molding machinery, ensuring efficient production runs, and maintaining technical standards and safety procedures. Your contribution will directly support the organisation’s ability to deliver reliable plastic packaging solutions to its customers, while maintaining smooth operations on the production floor.
Key Skills and Expertise
- Experience working with plastics or within a plastic packaging or industrial manufacturing environment
- Understanding of blow molding or similar plastic forming processes
- Technical aptitude to operate, adjust, and monitor production machinery
- Basic mechanical skills to support routine machine checks and minor adjustments
- Ability to follow production instructions and quality standards accurately
- Awareness of safety procedures in an industrial or packaging facility
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality output
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
