Currently hiring agricultural service technicians and lead technicians in Kaukauna, WI. As an agricultural service technician your primary responsibilities are servicing, installing, and maintaining agricultural equipment for customers. This is a contract to hire position with 40-60 hours a week. Pay is $30 - $35 depending on skill set and level of experience. Agricultural Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment and systems
- Install, service, and maintain equipment, utilizing mechanical, welding, fabrication, and layout skills
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, hydraulics, and sheet metal layouts
- Perform welding in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead) to fabricate/repair parts
- Diagnose and, troubleshoot, and repair defective agricultural equipment and systems
- Document service and installation activities accurately through reports, logs, and records
- Lead, mentor, and train technicians and new team members (lead service technician)
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, tools, and work environment
- Ensure all work complies with safety practices and company policies
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent service
Agricultural Service Technician Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience servicing agricultural equipment
- Customer service mindset
- Mechanically inclined
- CDL license is a plus
- Welding experience is a plus (required for lead technician)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
