We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead a crew of 5–10 electricians installing and maintaining PLC-controlled roadway and transportation signage systems. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll manage field operations, ensure safety and quality, and keep critical infrastructure running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily work for a crew of electricians in the field.

  • Lead installation, wiring, and troubleshooting of PLC-based signage and control systems.

  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.

  • Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

  • Manage materials, tools, and job documentation.

  • Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and engineers to meet deadlines.

  • Mentor and train crew members on technical skills and safety practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years as a foreman or supervisor.

  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and low-voltage electrical work.

  • Experience with transportation or roadway electrical systems (signage, ITS, lighting) preferred.

  • Current Journeyman or Master Electrician License (or equivalent).

  • OSHA 30 Certification – Required.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
