We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Sitework Laborer for our trusted customer. This role involves assisting with a variety of construction site tasks, including land clearing, digging, underground utility work, and foundation preparation. This is a temp to permanent role!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with site clearing and excavation
- Help install underground utilities
- Operate plate compactors and basic tools
- Support foundation preparation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Construction or sitework experience preferred
- Experience with heavy equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Willingness to travel up to 45–60 minutes from Portsmouth
