- Read and interpret site plans, grading plans, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitor job progress, quality, and crew productivity
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and team members
- 3 years of experience as a Sitework Foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, excavation, utilities, and grading
- Ability to operate heavy equipment as needed
- Proven leadership and crew management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
