We are seeking an experienced Sitework Foreman to lead crews on civil and site development projects in the Newington, NH area. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sitework crews
- Read and interpret site plans, grading plans, and project specifications
- Perform and oversee site layout and foundation layout
- Utilize GPS/rover equipment for layout and grading accuracy
- Use Procore for project communication, documentation, and tracking
- Operate heavy equipment as needed while leading the crew
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitor job progress, quality, and crew productivity
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and team members
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience as a Sitework Foreman or similar role
- Strong background in surveying, GPS/rover use, and site layout
- Experience with foundation layout and civil site development
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
- Skilled heavy equipment operator with civil construction experience
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage field operations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
