What You’ll Do
- Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and installations
- Lead daily operations and help scale the local business
- Build, train, and mentor a team of HVAC technicians
- Set performance standards and ensure quality workmanship
- Manage scheduling, job prioritization, and workflow
- Oversee project execution and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with ownership on growth strategy and operations
- Maintain a strong, positive culture focused on accountability and service
What You Bring
- Active HVAC license
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, service, and installation
- Experience with residential and light commercial systems
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
- Comfortable training and developing junior technicians
- High level of accountability and professionalism
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 base salary

- 10% based on gross margin goals

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
