Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement.
Support quality resident care, clinical outcomes, survey readiness, and risk management.
Recruit, develop, and retain a strong multidisciplinary team.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the local community.
Drive accountability, employee engagement, census growth, and overall facility performance.
Current Wyoming Nursing Home Administrator license or ability to obtain required licensure.
Leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or a related healthcare setting preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, and facility operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field preferred.
