What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Admissions Coordinator position at Skilled Nursing and Rehab Care?
The primary purpose of your position is to coordinate and facilitate referrals for potential admissions. The Admissions Coordinator will act as a liaison to the Admissions Director and nursing units to help ensure a smooth transition with the admissions process for all residents. Further, the position will act as a liaison with family members as well as the residents of the Facility. Keep abreast of current Medicare and Medicaid regulations governing admission and discharge requirements of health care facilities.
