Facility Director-Kenansville NC
Starting Salary: $51,000 (negotiable depending on degree and/or relevant experience).
The ICF Facility Director serves as the lead administrator in a Skill Creations, Inc. residential facility. A major focus of the Director is to ensure all needs of the individuals residing in the facility are being met as outlined in the Person Centered Plan. This is accomplished by providing supervision to Direct Support Professional employees, dietary employees and administrative assistants, as well as direct client contact including goal education and personal care/home living as required to meet the individual's needs. Additionally, the Director oversees and manages the physical building/grounds, vehicles and specialized equipment. Knowledge of all requirements of regulatory agencies, state standards, SCI procedures, etc. is essential to assure individuals receive quality care, appropriate training and live in a healthy and safe environment.
