• Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs while upselling additional products or services.
• Negotiate terms of sale with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize dealership profitability.
• Maintain comprehensive inventory management and control to ensure availability of high-demand models and accessories.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Utilize strong public speaking skills during dealership events or promotional activities to engage audiences and boost brand awareness.
• Support sales management by preparing reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.

Skills

• Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or B2B (business-to-business) transactions.
• Exceptional negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Strong organizational skills for managing a busy sales pipeline, inventory control, and CRM software updates.
• Demonstrated ability in outbound sales, cold calling, upselling, and B2B sales strategies.
• Knowledge of automotive inventory management systems and dealership operations is preferred.
• Customer service excellence with the ability to handle complex negotiations confidently.

• Retail math proficiency for calculating discounts, payments, and profit margins accurately.
