What You'll Do
- Patrol park areas on foot to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Respond quickly and professionally to security and medical situations
- Assist guests and team members with questions, concerns, or directions
- Enforce park rules, policies, and applicable laws fairly and respectfully
- Secure buildings, gates, and restricted areas as directed
- Assist with the safe transport of medical patients when needed
- Write clear and accurate incident and activity reports
- Support guest screening at entry points when required
- Communicate using radios, phones, and basic computer systems
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times
What We're Looking For
- Minimum age: 21
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security licenses and certifications
- Prior security or related experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol outdoors for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and a guestfocused attitude
- Ability to stay calm and focused in fastpaced or highpressure situations
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak summer dates
Other Duties
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support overall park operations.
