Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide safe, professional, and excellent quality care under the guidance of SSM medical protocols and Six Flags policies, safety standards, and standard operating procedures.
- Recognize the need for additional assistance, such as ALS or ambulance transport.
- Document all patient care via completion of patient care reports.
- Inspection, inventory, and maintenance of medical equipment and First Aid Stations.
- Respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Vehicle operations, including driving and operating park vehicles in a safe manner.
- Conduct safety inspections throughout the park as requested.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Six Flags Leadership.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license required
- Current Missouri EMT-B license
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
- Current PHTLS or ITLS preferred
- Must be able to pass a written exam with a 75% or higher
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in all conditions of weather, as well as high structures and confined spaces
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
