About The Role
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Intern to join our global marketing team. You will support the execution of Sitecore’s social media strategy across platforms, helping to amplify our brand presence and engage with our growing audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across Sitecore’s social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement to inform content strategy.
- Support campaign execution and reporting, including tracking KPIs and preparing performance summaries.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and product marketing teams to align messaging and visuals.
- Help manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and activations.
- Edit video content as required.
- Support influencer and community engagement initiatives.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in a global B2B tech marketing environment.
- Exposure to digital marketing strategy, brand storytelling, and campaign execution.
