Finisher / Builder - 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Pay Rate: $17-$20 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview
Our Client is seeking motivated Finishers/Builders to join our 2nd shift production team. In this role, you will work collaboratively to construct large steel and metal enclosures-essentially building a large metal "house." This is a hands-on manufacturing and construction position in a growing, stable organization.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to construct steel and metal enclosures
- Install walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs
- Mount louvers, doors, and various electrical components
- Use hand and power tools to assemble and finish structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Measure and verify accuracy using tape measures and other measuring tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or installation issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements (What It Takes to Be Successful)
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and hand/power tools
- Ability to read measuring devices, including tape measures
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High level of motivation and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Must pass a competency test and pre-employment physical, including a drug screen
