STS Technical Services is hiring experienced Builders / Finishers to support our manufacturing operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. These are full-time positions available on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

What You'll Do:- Interpret and build from blueprints and work instructions
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, finish, and assemble various components
- Measure and align materials according to specifications
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Experience using materials, methods, and tools common to the construction or manufacturing industry
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and contribute to team success
- Must pass a hands-on competency test and pre-employment physical, including drug screening
