Job Description:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Corporate Recruiter) to join our team and drive full-cycle talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will manage full cycle recruitment with some high-volume requisitions, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and leverage data to inform hiring decisions. This position requires adaptability, creativity, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from application review to coordinating interviews to offer process, ensuring quality candidates are presented to hiring managers
- Successfully manage corporate requisitions with volumes ranging between 10-18 positions. Req counts may fluctuate based on business needs and peak times.
- This role will focus on sales/business development recruitment, intern recruitment and other roles based on business need (finance, marketing, etc.)
- Conduct thorough interviews to ensure quality candidates are presented to hiring managers.
- Ensure presentation of diverse candidate slates for consideration
- Keep all job postings up to date
- Provide a positive candidate experience by answering questions and communicating expectations.
- Manage background check and drug screen processes, partnering with the compliance team when necessary.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of employment laws and other applicable regulations for assigned territory.
- Navigate change and ambiguity, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to shifting priorities or business needs.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in sourcing and building relationships with passive candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and local/national job boards
- Knowledge of HRIS/applicant tracking system (we use Workday), CRM, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong working knowledge of recruitment, benefits, safety, compensation systems, team member relations, unemployment, and worker’s compensation
- Ability to quickly adapt to the constantly evolving recruitment landscape
- Strong process orientation and detailed analytic capabilities
- Excellent communicator and listener who is assertive yet personable and flexible
- Possesses high integrity, confidentiality, loyalty, compassion, and maintains confidentiality of all company and customer information
- Good decision maker who is well organized and can prioritize and plan ahead
Location: Appleton, Wisconsin
Bill Rate: $25-30/hour based on experience
Length of assignment: 3 - 4 months (starting early July)
Salary : $25 - $30
