We are seeking a detail-oriented Small Piece Hand Assembly worker. This role involves assembling small components with precision and efficiency within a fast-paced factory environment. Mon - Fri, both 1st & 2nd shift openings

Responsibilities

• Assemble small parts and components accurately according to specifications
• Use hand tools to complete assembly tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards throughout the assembly process
• Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklift or other warehouse equipment as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Perform routine inspections of assembled parts for defects or inconsistencies

Skills

• Experience with factory or manufacturing environments, particularly in assembly line operations
• Mechanical knowledge to understand assembly procedures and troubleshoot minor issues
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for small-piece assembly tasks
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus, along with familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols
