Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting staffing and recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Wrightstown, WI
Pay Range:
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, Business Casual
What's the Job?
- Advertise job openings and recruit qualified candidates for multiple positions
- Screen and qualify applicants to ensure they meet job requirements
- Work closely with hiring managers to staff and initiate new hires
- Utilize ATS system (UKG) for data entry and candidate tracking
- Assist in coordinating travel and scheduling for candidates and team members
What's Needed?
- Past Manufacturing Recruiting and Staffing Experience
- Good computer skills, including data entry, Word, and Excel
- ATS experience (UKG preferred)
- Valid driver's license for travel between locations
