What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Support Specialist position at SISL Global?
- Maintain accurate inventory records across systems and physical locations
- Monitor stock levels and reconcile physical inventory with system data
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances
- Perform regular inventory counts (cycle counts and full stock takes)
- Ensure inventory controls and processes are followed consistently
- Produce inventory reports for management (accuracy, ageing, variances, trends)
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, IT, procurement, and finance teams
- Support internal and external audits related to inventory or asset management
- Track inventory movements including receipts, transfers, disposals, and returns
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to inventory controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and audit controls

- Experience with inventory management systems (ERP, asset tools, or spreadsheets)

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, asset management, or supply chain
- Comfortable working with Excel and inventory systems
- Understanding of control frameworks and audit requirements (desirable)
- Degree or certification in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred but not always required)
Salary : $44,000
