Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and DDD regulations, workforce compliance, policy implementation, audit readiness, and quality assurance standards
- Collaborate with management and staff to maintain a culture of compliance and integrity
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and support to staff on regulatory compliance and HR policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Respond to audits, surveys, and other regulatory inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
