Job Description:

We are seeking an organized Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with an experienced compliance consultant and report directly to the management team.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management and is comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and timelines. Experience with consumer products, regulatory compliance, and product safety—particularly in the juvenile products industry—is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

1.    Track and oversee product testing, inspections, certification processes, and factory audits to ensure compliance with national and international standards and regulations.

2.    Help develop process documentation, quality control systems, QA/QC protocols, and standard operating procedures to support the consistent production of high-quality products.

3.    Collaborate with product development teams to establish quality requirements from initial product concept through final product launch.

4.    Assist in managing and resolving product quality and compliance issues, including customer complaints and product recalls.

Qualifications:

1.    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

2.    A degree or certification in project management is preferred.

3.    Experience managing retail SKUs and working in a retail industry is preferred.

4.    A background in engineering, quality assurance, safety testing, or a related field is a plus.

5.    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6.    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
