Sirius Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Onsite Account Coordinator to support our Account Manager in delivering exceptional workforce management services. This role serves as a key operational partner, ensuring accurate timekeeping, reporting, onboarding coordination, and system updates, while providing daily onsite support to contractor employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the onsite representative for contractor employees, assisting with timekeeping, attendance, onboarding, and general questions
- Support new hire orientations, first-day check-ins, and ongoing employee engagement
- Assist Account Manager with daily operational tasks and identify process improvements
- Maintain accurate employee and job data in internal systems (Avionte & Flextrack)
- Verify and reconcile employee time entries and attendance prior to payroll
- Support documentation tracking, compliance, and onboarding logistics
- Prepare weekly reports on headcount, attendance, and workforce activity
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in staffing, HR, administrative support, or customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with timekeeping or ATS systems is a plus
- Ability to work onsite, stand/walk as needed, and sit at a computer for extended periods
