Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
- Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
- Support Agile Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Develop process flow diagrams utilizing BPMN, UML, and workflow modeling techniques.
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for new system enhancements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios and test cases.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support implementation, deployment, change management, and user adoption activities.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and technical documentation.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
