Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and operational requirements supporting enterprise IT initiatives
- Design, develop, and maintain reports using Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, and enterprise reporting tools
- Develop workflow maps, process documentation, and operational analysis artifacts
- Support business analysis activities across Business Development and SDLC projects
- Develop reports use cases and business reporting documentation
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Support database and application design activities for enterprise initiatives
- Develop technical specification documentation supporting reporting and application solutions
- Participate in data migration and ETL-related project activities
- Support data warehouse implementation and reporting modernization initiatives
- Participate in QA/testing activities and defect resolution efforts
- Support high-availability applications, change management, and implementation activities
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholder groups to support enterprise initiatives
- Facilitate communication across technical, operational, and business teams
- Maintain technical documentation, workflow maps, and reporting standards
- Support process improvement and operational optimization initiatives
- Participate in project coordination, issue resolution, and reporting discussions
- Prioritize tasks and support delivery in high-pressure and dynamic environments
- Strong business analysis and IT operations experience across SDLC projects
- Strong report development experience using Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, and reporting applications
- Experience designing workflow analysis, process mapping, and documentation artifacts
- Experience with data analysis, reports design, and reporting use case development
- Experience supporting database and application design activities
- Strong technical specification documentation experience
- Experience with ETL tools and data migration processes
- Experience supporting data warehouse implementation initiatives
- Experience supporting high-availability applications
- Experience with QA/testing and change management processes
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong experience supporting enterprise IT business analysis and reporting initiatives preferred
- Experience collaborating with vendors and diverse stakeholder groups preferred
