Role Overview

Hospitality Support team members are essential to that mission. This role supports the pace,
cleanliness, and flow of service throughout the winery and is an entry point to our hospitality team.
While this is not a serving role, it directly impacts the guest experience and team
effectiveness. Hospitality Support is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, move with
urgency, and understand that great service is built on strong fundamentals.
Responsibilities & Duties – General
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, kind, and polite manner
- Assist with guest flow, seating support, and overall comfort
- Manicure, bus, clean, and reset tables efficiently to support service pace
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all front- and back-of-house
- Wash, polish, and organize stemware, plates, and service items
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen support as needed
- Restock wine, food, and service supplies
- Assist with event setup, support, and breakdown
- Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures
- Attend required staff meetings

Requirements
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler’s Permit
