What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Residential Window Installer position at Sir Home Improvements?
SIR Home Improvements | Portage, MI
Full-Time & Part-Time | In-Person | $80,000–$150,000 Annual Earning Potential
Experienced Window Installer? Your Skills Should Be Worth More.
You know what a quality window installation looks like.
You know that the difference between an average installer and a great installer is in the details—the measurements, the prep work, the fit, the finish, the cleanup, and how the homeowner feels when you leave.
If you take genuine pride in your craftsmanship, work efficiently, solve problems in the field, and expect a lot from yourself, we want to talk to you.
SIR Home Improvements has been serving homeowners for more than 45 years, and we're continuing to build a production team around skilled professionals who take ownership of their work.
This isn't a position for someone who simply wants to get through the job and move on to the next one.
We're looking for installers who care about doing it right.
What You Can Earn up to $80,000–$150,000 Per Year
Our experienced window installers have the opportunity to earn based on productivity, quality, craftsmanship, and performance.
Your earning potential is directly influenced by your ability to:
- Complete quality installations efficiently
- Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship
- Work independently and manage your projects
- Solve installation challenges in the field
- Minimize mistakes and callbacks
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Deliver an excellent experience for the homeowner
There is no traditional hourly wage putting a ceiling on what a highly productive installer can earn.
If you're experienced, efficient, and consistently produce excellent work, your compensation should reflect it.
