5.- OBJECTIVE: Quality control technicians are responsible for testing materials and finished products to ensure they conform to all applicable laws and company standards. | |
6.- RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: | |
*Perform other duties as directed by the QC Manager/Plant Manager | |
7.- REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION | |
GMP’s and Allergen training | |
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Food/Beverage industry preferred | |
Clear understanding and working knowledge of process and compliance quality systems | |
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision | |
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information | |
8.SAFETY HAZARDS | |
Lift push and pull up to 50lbs - Stretch before lifting | |
Noise: Utilize Hearing Protection at ALL TIMES in production floor (use earplugs) | |
Safety Gloves and goggles when working with chemicals | |
Moving parts – do not place hands or touch any moving parts unless machine is “locked out” | |
Hot surfaces- do not place hands or touch HOT pouch sealing jaws |
