SIP Manufacturing is recruiting maintenance managers and supervisors for our new Southaven facility—our second location following Lake Elsinore, California. This is an opportunity to help build our maintenance team, establish processes, and shape a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork from the beginning.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and develop Maintenance Technicians across assigned shifts.
- Receive and prioritize maintenance requests and assign technicians to open work orders.
- Coordinate breakdown response and ensure equipment is safely and properly returned to service.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance with production planning and inspect completed work.
- Assist with root-cause analysis of failures and implement fixes.
- Maintain repair records and work orders in MaintainX.
- Oversee contractors on site and address facility and utility issues.
- Enforce lockout/tagout, electrical safety, machine guarding, and food-safety requirements.
What We’re Looking For
People management experience and 4 or more years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience, including demonstrated ability to lead shift or area maintenance execution. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience. Successful candidates take ownership, solve problems, communicate clearly, and help teams succeed.
Beverage manufacturing experience is valued but not required. We have multiple leadership opportunities available, so we encourage candidates with relevant experience to apply even if they do not meet every qualification.
Pay starts at $60,000 for supervisors and goes up to $90,000 for managers.
