SIP Manufacturing is recruiting production supervisors for our new Southaven facility—our second location following Lake Elsinore, California. This is an opportunity to help build our production team, establish processes, and shape a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork from the beginning.
What You’ll Do
- Lead safe and compliant shift operations, enforcing safety, food-safety, PPE, GMP, and Quality requirements.
- Execute the approved shift production plan and confirm line-start readiness.
- Deploy labor and assign line responsibilities to Leads, Operators, and General Labor employees.
- Manage line rates and shift performance, including run rates, yield, waste, and downtime.
- Respond to downtime and equipment issues, coordinating with Maintenance and Engineering.
- Supervise changeovers and ensure in-process checks are completed and documented.
- Maintain accurate production reporting and support production-order completion.
- Coach and develop production employees and manage attendance and performance.
- Complete an effective shift handoff and support continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Progressive production experience with demonstrated ability to supervise employees and lead shift execution, preferably in beverage, food, or regulated manufacturing. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical-school, skilled-trades, or manufacturing training or certification preferred. Working knowledge of production machinery, GMPs, changeovers, downtime response, and labor deployment. Successful candidates take ownership, solve problems, communicate clearly, and help teams succeed.
Beverage manufacturing experience is valued but not required. We encourage candidates with relevant experience to apply even if they do not meet every qualification.
Starting pay is $30/hour. We are hiring one supervisor for each of our three shifts.
We will begin interviewing in mid-November.
