Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Housekeepers and Supervisors to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. As a supervisor, you will lead and manage cleaning teams, oversee daily operations, and uphold high standards of hygiene and safety regulations. Your leadership will directly contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and a pristine environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards.
- Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity.
- Enforce safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met or exceeded across all areas.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
Experience
- Proven experience in custodial or hospitality cleaning roles with a strong background in commercial or industrial cleaning environments.
- Previous supervisory or team management experience within a housekeeping or custodial setting.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills suitable for managerial interactions with staff and guests.
- Experience managing laundry operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards related to housekeeper management is highly desirable.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
