Primary Purpose:
Responsible for the overall management of the district's human resources function and serves as Title IX Coordinator. Leads strategic planning and implementation of human resource programs including recruitment, staffing, compensation, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee district-wide human resources operations and staff
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee relations initiatives
- Administer compensation, benefits, leave, and contract processes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Serve as Title IX Coordinator and oversee investigations and resolutions
- Support district leadership with personnel matters and strategic staffing
- Develop and administer the HR budget
- Maintain personnel records and compliance reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR management or school administration experience
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
