We’re looking for a Bilingual Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support our growing Personal Injury department.
A minimum of 3 years of legal experience is required, and candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We’re seeking someone who is motivated, dependable, and passionate about helping clients navigate their cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with case intake and support full-cycle case management
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
- Draft correspondence and legal documents
- Maintain organized case files and track deadlines
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, and filing
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in Personal Injury
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Location: In-Office Only | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
