We’re looking for a Pre-Litigation Attorney who treats every case like it’s trial-bound from day one. Someone who moves fast, pushes for results, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where ownership matters. You’ll be expected to proactively move cases forward, identify and solve problems before they escalate, and advocate aggressively for clients.

This is not a role for someone who prefers a slow pace, minimal client interaction, or reactive case handling. We are not looking for a file maintainer; we’re looking for a case driver.
