Why You’ll Love This Role:
- You will help to create positive change in our US operations, driving the business with reliable analytics to assist the decision-making process.
- Executive level visibility in monitoring and reporting current and future spending.
- Facilitate financial decision making through robust reporting, modeling, and analyses.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including all areas of revenue, BOM/Labor/COGS, liquidity, and capital expenditures
- Implements and delivers of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting/dashboard reports and financial reports
- Prepares month-end close analyses, trend evaluations, and variance commentary
- Improves performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in process, operational and engineering as well as for new projects
- Develops financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, develops and enhances tools to track incurred project and operational costs monthly
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative field
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a financial analyst in a similar, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- This position requires a high level of intellectual curiosity to learn, gather facts, and ask questions.
- Bonus points if you have a CPA or equivalent and/or experience with VBA
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

The starting salary range for this position is between $111,600 and $130,000. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
