Human Resources Coordinator – Entry Level Career Position

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with management to develop and post job openings
- Monitor applicant tracking systems and assist throughout the recruiting process
- Schedule phone and in-person interviews with applicants and hiring managers
- Prepare and process onboarding and employment paperwork for new hires
- Serve as a point of contact for general HR and employee questions
- Perform HR data entry and maintain employee records and compliance documentation
- Assist with FMLA, Short-Term Disability, and other HR administrative processes
- Prepare employee communications including newsletters, announcements, and event postings
- Assist with annual open enrollment and other HR projects as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
- Open to recent graduates and candidates looking to grow in an HR career
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred, but not required
- Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR systems
- Microsoft Excel experience is a plus
- Experience with ADP is a plus, but not required
Salary : $50,000 - $58,000
