MMCI Group of Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven HR Coordinator to manage the daily administration of HR systems, payroll, timekeeping, recruiting, onboarding, and employee life cycles. Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, in-office
Wage: $22/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage weekly timekeeping and assist with bi-weekly payroll processing, resolve payroll-related inquiries
- Coordinate recruiting including postings, resume review, phone screens, schedule interviews
- Manage onboarding, including background checks, drug screens, paperwork, and orientation
- Assist employees with routine HR questions with clarity and professionalism
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on tasks and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve organization, communications, and administrative efficiency
Qualifications
- 2 years of HR, administrative, or office operations experience in a support role
- Demonstrated experience managing sensitive information with discretion
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Calm, professional, and approachable presence
- Flexible and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Proficient with technology including Excel and HR systems, UKG Ready preferred
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
