Role : Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8 years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the delivery of enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into functional requirements, support Agile development, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support Agile/Scrum development.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with production deployments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions.
