Seeking an Enterprise Architect with strong Agentic AI and Google Cloud experience to design and implement AI-driven solutions supporting CRM and BPM transformation. The role focuses on architecting autonomous agents, AI pipelines, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect Agentic AI solutions across CRM and BPM environments.
- Design AI workflows from requirements through development, deployment, and operations.
- Develop and optimize AI pipelines using Google Cloud services including Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Functions.
- Build and manage autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning and collaboration.
- Integrate AI agents with CI/CD pipelines, testing tools, and developer environments.
- Support deployment and lifecycle management through AgentSpace or similar platforms.
- Define AI governance, safety, monitoring, and performance standards.
Required Skills:
- Experience as AI Architect, ML Engineer, or similar role focused on AI/ML solutions.
- Strong Google Cloud AI/ML ecosystem experience.
- 2 years building AI/ML solutions.
- 1 year hands-on experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI.
- 3 years experience with CRM and BPM platforms.
- Experience with software testing tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Experience deploying and managing AI agents using AgentSpace or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
