Key Responsibilities:
- Define architecture strategy, standards, and target-state solutions.
- Design scalable, secure enterprise CRM and BPM solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews and technology evaluations.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into solution architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Support AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including AI-assisted and Agentic AI solutions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 12 years of IT experience with 5 years in architecture roles.
- Hands-on experience designing CRM and BPM platforms.
- 2 years experience architecting AI solutions including Agentic AI models.
- Strong enterprise integration and solution architecture experience.
- Ability to write/debug code and work hands-on with engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills with business and technology stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Enterprise architecture framework experience.
- Banking, payments, or financial services transformation experience.
