The Opportunity
The Real Estate Group advises developers, institutional investors, family offices, private equity sponsors, lenders, landlords, and owners on a broad range of high-value commercial real estate matters across New York and nationally. The team are looking for a mid level attorney (4 years) to join the group.
You will work on sophisticated transactions including:
- Commercial acquisitions and dispositions.
- Complex office, retail, industrial and mixed-use leasing transactions.
- Development projects and joint ventures.
- Borrower and lender-side real estate finance matters.
- Asset management and portfolio transactions.
- Strategic commercial advice for high-profile real estate investors and owners.
This team will allow you to take ownership of transactions, negotiate directly with counterparties, and work closely with the partners of the group who have been consistently recognised among New York's leading real estate practitioners.

About You
You will ideally have:
- A passion for Commercial Leasing, specifcally in the New York market
- 4–10 years' experience in commercial real estate gained at a respected law firm.
- Admission to the New York Bar.
- Experience handling sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and real estate finance matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
