Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant located in Miami, FL. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements. Additional responsibilities may include managing clerical tasks and responding to phone and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and ensure the smooth daily operation of executive activities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Tasks
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling inquiries professionally
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Previous experience in executive-level administrative roles is highly preferred
